The harvest commenced in mid-September in perfect conditions under an Indian summer. Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and winery have produced crunchy red wines with very pure aromas.
Tasting :Beautiful ruby colour with crimsons nuances. Flavours of raspberry with toasty and spicy aromas. Concentrated and generous. Beautiful tannic structure with good persistence.
Food PairingEnjoy with red or white meat, and a wide variety of French cheeses.
