The Wine
Vintage 2006 :The weather at the start of summer was quite demanding. However, the sun appeared at the end of August and continued throughout September. The harvest commenced in mid-September in perfect conditions. Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and winery have produced beautiful wines with very pure aromas.
Tasting :Bright ruby colour. Intense aromas of red fruits (raspberry, cherry) mixed spices and a hint of minerality.
Well balanced and generous with a well-shaped tannic structure. Long aftertaste.
Food PairingTo be enjoyed with warm starters, white and red meat, matured cheese (Epoisses, Langres).

The Wine
Vintage 2005 :Exceptionnal after a superb growing season - cold winter, rainy spring followed by hot and dry summer. Grapes picked at optimum ripeness and in perfect health, hence a minimum sorting was required.
Tasting :Bright ruby colour. Intense aromas of red fruits (raspberry, cherry) mixed with liquorice and spices and enhanced by a subtle vanilla note.
Well balanced and generous. Elegant tannic structure. Long aftertaste.
Food PairingTo be enjoyed with warm starters, white and red meat, matured cheese (Epoisses, Langres).

The Wine
Vintage 2002 :The harvest took place at the end of September, several days after the official beginning of the harvest in order to obtain the best possible maturation of the berries. Excellent weather conditions prevailed in August and September and hence the good quality of the grapes. A severe pruning had been carried out in July 2002 to limit yields.
Tasting :Ruby colour. Intense aromas of red fruits (raspberry, cherry) mixed spices and a hint of spice.
Well balanced and generous with velvety tannins. Long aftertaste.
Food PairingTo be enjoyed with warm starters, white and red meat, matured cheese (Epoisses, Langres).

Site :Selected plots of vineyards in Côte de Nuits, mostly Fixin, Brochon, Premeaux, Comblanchien et Corgoloin.
The Wine
Vintage 2001 :Harvest took place at the end of september after a late Summer. It was as a whole homogeneous but the "tri", sorting of the grapes was drastic to keep only the very ripe berries.
Aging in oak during 12 months
Tasting :Bright ruby colour. Intense aromas of red berries (rapsberry and red-currant) mixed with gingerbread and enhanced by a hint of vanilla.
Good stucture. Harmonious and complex with elegant tannins. Long aftertaste.
Food PairingTo be enjoyed with warm starters, white and red meat, matured cheese (Epoisses, Langres).
