The soil - stony on the upper part of the plot and clayey at the bottom of the plot - gives a powerful and complex wine. <br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2007 :</b>If there is a vintage in which Pinot Noir most fully expresses itself, it is in 2007. The dry North wined which prevailed in September gave rise to an exceptional phenolic ripeness, a deep purple colour, beautiful crunchy flesh and an explosion of red fruits marvellously combined with the minerality of the terroirs. Very pure fruit aromas with fine grained but present tannins. However, the sun appeared at the end of August and continued throughout September. The harvest commenced in mid-September in perfect conditions. Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and winery have produced beautiful wines with very pure aromas. Aged in French oak for 14 months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Bright ruby colour. Intense aromas of preserved blackberries and liquorice on a well-shaped vanilla note. Concentrated, complex and well-structured. Beautiful aromatic combination on the fruit.
