<h1>Bourgogne CHANSON Père & Fils</h1> <h2>Depuis 1750 à Beaune</h2> <h3>Beaune Bastion 1er Cru Chardonnay 2008</h3> <h4>畑</h4> <b>品種 : </b>Chardonnay<br><b>土壌 : </b>chalk, marl and limestone.<br><b>立地 :</b>The Premiers Crus vineyards of Domaine Chanson are aged in casks in the Bastion cellars. This cuvée is a blend of grapes sourced from selected plots among the Premiers Crus of the domaine located on the hill of Beaune.<br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2008 :</b>After a very warm spring, the weather at the start of summer was quite demanding. It became fine again from the end of August with much sun and a north wind, which aided concentration of flavours. The harvest commenced in mid-September in perfect conditions under an Indian summer. Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and winery with regular batonnage (stirring of the lees in the barrel) have produced very pure white wines, well-balanced with fantastic acidity. Aging in oak during 11 months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Pale gold colour with green tinges. Delicate fragrances of lime-blossom mixed with citrus fruit aromas. Delicate vanilla note. Well structured and lively. Beautiful texture. Lean, very precise. Well-integrated acidity. Delicate oak note and long and refreshing aftertaste. <br><b>料理との相性 :</b>Seafood, fish, white meat and some goat cheeses.<br><br><br><br><h3>Beaune Bastion 1er Cru Chardonnay 2007</h3> <h4>畑</h4> <b>品種 : </b>Chardonnay<br><b>土壌 : </b>chalk, marl and limestone.<br><b>立地 :</b>The Premiers Crus vineyards of Domaine Chanson are aged in casks in the Bastion cellars. Exceptional weather conditions for an exceptional vintage. Full maturation of the grapes and good concentration. Aging in oak casks during 13 months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Pale gold colour with green tinges. Floral fragrances mixed with exotic fruit flavours and fresh honey enhanced by a delicate vanilla note. Generous, well-balanced and well-structured. Delicate oak note. Good persistence.<br><b>料理との相性 :</b>Seafood, fish, white meat and some goat cheeses.<br><br><br><br><h3>Beaune Bastion 1er Cru Chardonnay 2002</h3> <h4>畑</h4> <b>品種 : </b>Chardonnay<br><b>土壌 : </b>chalk, marl and limestone.<br><b>立地 :</b>The Premiers Crus vineyards of Domaine Chanson are aged in casks in the Bastion cellars. This cuvée is a blend of grapes sourced from selected plots among the Premiers Crus of the domaine located on the hill of Beaune.<br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2002 :</b>The harvest took place at the end of September, several days after the official beginning of the harvest in order to obtain the best possible maturation of the berries. Excellent weather conditions prevailed in August and September and hence the good quality of the grapes. A severe pruning had been carried out in July 2002 to limit yields. Aging in oak casks during 10months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Pale gold colour with green tinges. Floral fragrances mixed with citrus fruit flavours (grapefruit) and fresh honey enhanced by a nice vanilla note. Fresh wine, lively, well-balanced, generous on a nice mineral note. Good persistence.<br><b>料理との相性 :</b>Seafood, fish, white meat and some goat cheeses.<br><br><br><br><h3>Beaune Bastion 1er Cru Chardonnay 2001</h3> <h4>畑</h4> <b>品種 : </b>Chardonnay<br><b>土壌 : </b>chalk, marl and limestone<br><b>立地 :</b>The Premiers Crus vineyards of Domaine Chanson are aged in casks in the Bastion cellars. This cuvée is a blend of grapes sourced from selected plots among the Premiers Crus of the domaine located on the hill of Beaune.<br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2001 :</b>Harvest took place at the end of september after a late Summer. It was as a whole homogeneous but the &quot;tri&quot;, sorting of the grapes was drastic to keep only the very ripe berries. Aging in cask during 10 months<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Nice gold colour. Floral fragrances (hawthorn) mixed with grilled almond and honey enhanced by a vanilla note.
