It ranks among the best Premiers Crus of this village.<br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2007 :</b>After a very warm spring, the weather at the start of summer was quite demanding. It became fine again from the end of August with much sun and a north wind, which aided concentration of flavours. The harvest commenced in mid-September in perfect conditions under an Indian summer. Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and winery with regular batonnage (stirring of the lees in the barrel) have produced very pure white wines, well-balanced with fantastic acidity. Aging in oak during 14 months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Bright gold colour. Very refreshing Aromas of exotic fruit (mango), green almond mixed with a hint of minerality and enhanced by a delicate vanilla note. Elegant and well-balanced. Tight and tense. High breed wine. Well-integrated minerality and delicate oak note. Exceptional weather conditions for an exceptional vintage. Full maturation of the grapes and good concentration. Aging in oak casks during 13 months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Bright gold colour. Aromas of grilled almond mixed with exotic fruit and honey and enhanced by a well-shaped vanilla note. Elegant, well-balanced and generous. Beautiful aromatic combination on a well-integrated oak note. The &quot;tri&quot;, sorting of the grapes was drastic to keep only the very ripe berries. The combination of strictly controlled yields, a good acidity and a meticulous vinification process results in a great vintage for white Burgundy. Aging in casks during 14 months<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Beautiful gold colour. Intense floral fragrances (accacia) mixed with aromas of citrus fruit and almond. Beautiful minerality and a subtle vanilla note. Elegant, well-crafted. Beautiful aromatic combination with a very fine minerality and delicate oak note. Outstanding concentration and fully matured during the harvest. Vinified and matured in oak casks during 8 months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Pale gold colour with green tinges. Beautiful white floral fragrances mixed with aromas of very ripe summer fruit(apricot, peach), almond enhanced by a nice vanilla note. Elegant, delicate, beautiful aromatic complexity. It ranks among the best Premiers Crus of this village.<br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2002 :</b>The harvest took place at the end of September, several days after the official beginning of the harvest in order to obtain the best possible maturation of the berries. Excellent weather conditions prevailed in August and September and hence the good quality of the grapes. A severe pruning had been carried out in July 2002 to limit yields.
