<h1>Bourgogne CHANSON Père & Fils</h1> <h2>Depuis 1750 à Beaune</h2> <h3>Pernand Vergelesses Les Caradeux 1er Cru 2007</h3> <h4>畑</h4> <b>品種 : </b>Chardonnay<br><b>土壌 : </b>Marly limestone with silt of clay<br><b>立地 :</b>This vineyard of 1.90 hectare is ideally located on mid-slope close to the hill of Corton-Charlemagne. Same soil structure and height as its famous neighbour. The only difference is the East exposure of the &quot;Caradeux&quot; which makes of this plot an exceptional &quot;terroir&quot; providing unique mineral characteristics.<br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2007 :</b>After a very warm spring, the weather at the start of summer was quite demanding. It became fine again from the end of August with much sun and a north wind, which aided concentration of flavours. The harvest commenced in mid-September in perfect conditions under an Indian summer. Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and winery with regular batonnage (stirring of the lees in the barrel) have produced very pure white wines well-balanced with fantastic acidity. Aging in oak<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Pale golden colour. Ripe citrus and honey aromas with a nice minerality and a delicate oak note. Lively, well-structured and generous. This is an exceptional &quot;terroir&quot; providing unique mineral characteristics.<br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2006 :</b>The weather at the start of summer was quite demanding. However, the sun appeared at the end of August and continued throughout September. The harvest commenced in mid-September in perfect conditions. Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and winery have produced beautiful white wines with fantastic acidity. Aged in French oak for 8 months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Pale golden colour. This is an exceptionnal &quot;terroir&quot; providing a unique minerality<br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2005 :</b>Harvest took place in the early days of September after a dry and very hot summer after a superb growing season - long and cold winter followed by a rainy and humid spring. Exceptional weather conditions for an exceptional vintage. Full maturation of the grapes and good concentration. Aging in oak casks during 13 months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Pale gold colour with green tinges. Aromas of grapefruit, pear and fresh honey enhanced by a well-shaped minerality and a beautiful vanilla note. Generous and well-balanced. Pure aromatic combination enhanced by a well-integrated minerality. Delicate oak note. The &quot;tri&quot;, sorting of the grapes was drastic to keep only the very ripe berries. Aging in oak during 13 months<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Pale gold color with emerald tinges. Floral fragrances mixed with refreshing aromas of citrus fruit and enhanced by a beautiful minerality paired with a refined oak note. Well-balanced and well-structured. Good concentration. Harmonious combination supported by a well-integrated minerality.
