"Les Pitengerets" is among one of the best Premiers Crus, located close to the famous Chassagne Montrachet.

品種 2007 :After a very warm spring, the weather at the start of summer was quite demanding. It became fine again from the end of August with much sun and a north wind, which aided concentration of flavours. The harvest commenced in mid-September in perfect conditions under an Indian summer. Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and winery with regular batonnage (stirring of the lees in the barrel) have produced very pure white wines, well-balanced with fantastic acidity.
Aged in oak during 13 months.
テイスティング・ノート :Bright gold colour. Aromas of exotic fruit (mango) mixed with almond and honey with a hint of vanilla.
Beautiful structure. Very pure fruit. Mineral with delicate hints of oak. Long and linear finish.
料理との相性 :Foie gras, seefood, fish in a creamy sauce, white meat and a variety of regional cheeses, in particular Époisses, Roquefort and Munster.

品種 2006 :The weather at the start of summer was quite demanding. However, the sun appeared at the end of August and continued throughout September. The harvest commenced in mid-September in perfect conditions. Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and winery have produced beautiful white wines with fantastic acidity.
Aged in French oak for 8 months.
テイスティング・ノート :Pale gold colour with emerald tinges. Aromas of exotic fruit (mango) and hazelnut with a hint of vanilla.
Beautiful structure. Round and generous. Mineral with delicate hints of oak. Long and linear finish.

品種 2005 :Exceptionnal after a superb growing season - cold winter, rainy spring followed by hot and dry summer. Grapes picked at optimum ripeness and in perfect health, hence a minimum sorting was required.
Aged in oak casks for 12 months.
テイスティング・ノート :Beautiful gold colour. Floral and honey fragrances. Beautiful minerality and delicate oak notes.
Complex, well-balanced and concentrated. An elegant combination of fruit and minerality. Long persistence.

品種 2004 :Harvest took place at the end of september after a cool and humid Summer with short periods of very hot weather. The "tri", sorting of the grapes was drastic to keep only the very ripe berries. The combination of strictly controlled yields, a good acidity and a meticulous vinification process results in a great vintage for white Burgundy.
Aging in casks during 12 months.
テイスティング・ノート :Pale gold with green tinges. Aromas of green almond and honey with a subtle hint of vanilla.
Well-structured and well-balanced with an outstanding aromatic complexity enhanced by an elegant oak note. Long aftertaste.

品種 2003 :An exceptionnally early harvest end of August due to an unusual hot summer. Grapes were extremely well mature with high concentration. Very low yields. Grapes had to be cooled down before pressing.

Great combination of fresh fruit and maturity with mineral notes.
It is harmonious and has a long and lingering aftertaste with a good persistency.
