However, the sun appeared at the end of August and continued throughout September. The harvest commenced in mid-September in perfect conditions. Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and winery have produced beautiful white wines with fantastic acidity. <br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Pale gold colour. Aromas of citrus fruit mixed with vanilla and enhanced by a delicate minerality. Well-balanced, well-structured and generous. Grapes picked at optimum ripeness and in perfect health, hence a minimum sorting was required. <br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Pale gold colour with green nuances. Intense aromas of exotic fruit and green almond enhanced by a good minerality. Well-balanced and well-structured. Beautiful aromatic combination. Very refreshing aromas of green apple and green almond enhanced by a good minerality. Well-balanced and well-structured. Very refreshing with a beautiful aromatic combination.
