Its nearest neighbour is the famous Premiers Cru of Vosne Romanée Malconsorts. <br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2005 :</b>Harvest took place in the early days of September after a dry and very hot summer after a superb growing season - long and cold winter followed by a rainy and humid spring. Exceptional weather conditions for an exceptional vintage. Full maturation of the grapes and good concentration. Aging in oak cask during 13 months<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Dark ruby colour. Aromas of preserved cherries, peony, leather mixed with spicy nuances. Dense, ample and well-crafted. Very pure aromas and well-shaped wood structure. Solid but elegant tannins. Its nearest neighbour is the famous Premiers Cru of Vosne Romanée Malconsorts. <br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2003 :</b>An exceptionnally early harvest end of August due to an outstanding hot summer. Grapes were extremely well mature with high concentration. Very low yields. Grapes had to be cooled down before pressing. Aging in oak during 12 months. <br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Deep ruby colour with purple tinges. Aromas of jammy red berries (strawberry) mixed with chocolate and spicy nuances and enhanced by a hint of vanilla. Well-balanced, generous. Outstanding aromatic combination enhanced by a subtle oak note. Its nearest neighbour is the famous Premiers Cru of Vosne Romanée Malconsorts. <br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2002 :</b>The harvest took place at the end of September, several days after the official beginning of the harvest in order to obtain the best possible maturation of the berries. Excellent weather conditions prevailed in August and September and hence the good quality of the grapes. A severe pruning had been carried out in July 2002 to limit yields. Aging in oak casks during 18 months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Deep ruby colour with purple tinges. Aromas of jammy red berries (blackcurrant, raspberry) mixed with spicy nuances and enhanced by a hint of vanilla. This wine is well-balanced, generous and develops an outstanding aromatic combination. It presents a beautiful tannic structure and an elegant wooded. It was as a whole homogeneous but the &quot;tri&quot;, sorting of the grapes was drastic to keep only the very ripe berries. Aging in oak cask during 18 months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Dark ruby colour. Aromas of preserved black plum, figs and leather mixed with spicy nuances. Well-crafted, generous and ample. Beautiful texture. Silky tannins enhanced by a delicate oak note. Delicious and long-lasting finish. <br><b>料理との相性 :</b>It is perfectly matched with red meat grilled or en sauce and all cheeses, especially the local cheeses like Epoisses or Citeaux.<br><br><br><br><h3>Nuits Saint Georges les Boudots 1er Cru 2000</h3> <h4>畑</h4> <b>品種 : </b>Pinot Noir<br><b>土壌 : </b>Clay and limestone<br><b>立地 :</b>This climat &quot;Les Boudots&quot; is located on a mid slope in the Northen part of the village of Nuits Saint Georges. Its nearest neighbour is the famous Premiers Cru of Vosne Romanée Malconsorts. <br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2000 :</b>After a quick bud burst, followed by an early flowering period (beginning of June), some rain and cool temperatures in July slowed down the ripening of the grapes. Good weather at the end of the summer and a prolonged hot period in early September, which ensured good concentration of the juice.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Beautiful ruby colour. Arômas of red fruit (raspberry, redberry) and toasted &quot;brioche&quot; enhanced by a hint of vanilla. Harmonious, complex and well-balanced. Sublte oak note and beautiful tannic structure.
