Exceptional weather conditions for an exceptional vintage. Full maturation of the grapes and good concentration. Aging in oak cask during 15 months<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Bright ruby colour. Aromas of black plum, of strawbery mixed with toffees and toasty notes. Well-balanced, complex on a beautiful aromatic structure, a well-integrated oak note and foursquare fruit tannins. The &quot;tri&quot;, sorting of the grapes was drastic to keep only the very ripe berries. The combination of strictly controlled yields and a meticulous vinification process played a major part in the quality of the vintage. Aging in casks during 14 months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Bright ruby colour. Aromas of preserved black plum mixed with toffees and toasty notes. Well-balanced and well-structured. Grapes were very well matured with high concentration. Very low yields. Aged in French oak for 10 months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Beautiful ruby colour. Intense aromas of cherry jam, and plums. Hints of caramel underlined by toasty oak notes. Well-balanced, complex and concentrated. Lovely defined flavours with fine tannins. Long length. <br><b>料理との相性 :</b>Perfectly matched with red meat grilled and all cheeses, especially the local Burgundian specialities like Epoisses or Citeaux. <br><br><br><br><h3>Beaune Champimonts 1er Cru 2002</h3> <h4>畑</h4> <b>品種 : </b>Pinot Noir<br><b>土壌 : </b>Limestone with clay<br><b>立地 :</b>On the southern hill of Beaune, a vineyard of 2 hectares, mid slope facing East.<br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2002 :</b>The harvest took place at the end of September, several days after the official beginning of the harvest in order to obtain the best possible maturation of the berries. Excellent weather conditions prevailed in August and September and hence the good quality of the grapes. A severe pruning had been carried out in July 2002 to limit yields. Aging in oak casks during 18 months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Bright ruby colour. Aromas of red berries with a touch of liquorice spice and white pepper. This wine is classy and appealing. It is complex, harmonious, smooth and supple. <br><b>料理との相性 :</b>It is perfectly matched with red meat grilled or en sauce and all cheeses, especially the local cheeses like Epoisses or Citeaux. It was as a whole homogeneous but the &quot;tri&quot;, sorting of the grapes was drastic to keep only the very ripe berries. Aging in oak cask during 18 months<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Bright ruby colour. Aromas of red berries and red plums with a hint of vanilla. This wine is classy and appealing. It develops beautiful aromas red berries and spices enhanced by subtle oak flavours.
