<h1>Bourgogne CHANSON Père & Fils</h1> <h2>Depuis 1750 à Beaune</h2> <h3>Corton Grand Cru 2002</h3> <h4>畑</h4> <b>品種 : </b>Pinot Noir<br><b>土壌 : </b>Clay and limestone<br><b>立地 :</b>The area of production is located on the hill of Corton, on a mid slope facing East, above the villages of Aloxe Corton and Ladoix Serrigny.<br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 2002 :</b>Excellent weather conditions prevailed in August and September to produce grapes of fantastic quality. Harvest commenced at the end of September, several days after the official beginning of the harvest, in order to obtain the best possible maturation. Aged in French oak for 18 months.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Bright ruby colour. Intense aromas of cherry jam, chocolate and spices. Outstanding vanilla notes. Rounded, well-balanced and powerful. Wonderful combination of fruit flavours enhanced by delicate oak notes. Elegant tannic structure and long length.<br><b>料理との相性 :</b>It is perfectly matched with red meat grilled and all cheeses, especially the local specialities like Epoisses or Citeaux.<br><br><br><br><h3>Corton Grand Cru 1999</h3> <h4>畑</h4> <b>品種 : </b>Pinot Noir<br><b>土壌 : </b>Clay and limestone<br><b>立地 :</b>The area of production is located on the hill of Corton, on a mid slope facing East above the villages of Aloxe Corton and Ladoix Serrigny.<br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4> <b>品種 1999 :</b>Ideal meteorological conditions. Limited pluviometry. Optimal harvest conditions and good maturity of the grapes. <br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Bright ruby colour. Intense aromas of cooked red fuit (cherry) and leather with a hint of spice. Outstanding vanilla note. Ample, generous, well-balanced and powerful. Good aromatic combination enhanced by a very refined oak note. Elegant tannic structure.
