This Premier Cru les Porets Saint Georges is located South of Nuits Saint Georges in the very heart of the Premiers Crus, where the structure of the soil is light and produces wines which are at the same time supple and generous. The plot selected is particularly well-situated with an East exposure. <h4>ワイン</h4> 品種 2007 :If there is a vintage in which Pinot Noir most fully expresses itself, it is in 2007. The dry North wined which prevailed in September gave rise to an exceptional phenolic ripeness, a deep purple colour, beautiful crunchy flesh and an explosion of red fruits marvellously combined with the minerality of the terroirs. Aged in French oak during 15 months. テイスティング・ノート :Dark ruby colour. Aromas of raspberry, peony, spices with a hint of coffee . Well integrated vanilla note. Generous, dense and opulent. Very pure aromas. The tannins are firm with a lot of style. However, the sun appeared at the end of August and continued throughout September. The harvest commenced in mid-September in perfect conditions. Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and winery have produced beautiful wines with very pure aromas. Aged in French oak for 10 months. テイスティング・ノート :Dark ruby colour. Aromas of cherries, liquorice and pepper on a hint of chocolate. Beautiful vanilla note. Concentrated, well-crafted and opulent. Very pure aromas. The tannins are firm and elegant.
