<br><br><br> <h4>ワイン</h4>
<b>品種 2007 :</b>The weather at the start of summer was quite demanding. It became fine again from the end of August with much sun and a north wind, which aided concentration of flavours. The harvest commenced in mid-September in perfect conditions under an Indian summer. Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and winery have produced crunchy red wines with very pure aromas.<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Bright ruby colour. Very refreshing aromas of red berries (red-currant, raspberry) with a gentle spiciness.
Well-balanced. Fruity and lively. Good tannic substance.
<br><b>料理との相性 :</b>Cooked pork meat &quot;Charcuterie&quot;, barbecue and all sorts of mild cheeses. <br><br><br><br><h3>Mâcon 2004</h3> <h4>畑</h4>

<b>品種 2004 :</b>Harvest took place at the end of september after a cool and humid Summer with short periods of very hot weather. The &quot;tri&quot;, sorting of the grapes was drastic to keep only the very ripe berries.
<br><b>テイスティング・ノート :</b>Bright ruby colour with purple nuances. Very refreshing aromas of red berries (red-currant, raspberry) with a gentle spiciness.
Well-balanced. Fruity and lively. Good tannic substance.
