Lage : Located between the villages of Chassagne Montrachet and Puligny Montrachet is the village of Saint Aubin. "Les Pitengerets" is among one of the best Premiers Crus, located close to the famous Chassagne Montrachet.

Der Jahrgang 2005 : Exceptional after a superb growing season - cold winter, rainy spring followed by hot and dry summer. Grapes picked at optimum ripeness and in perfect health, hence a minimum sorting was required. Aged in oak casks for 12 months.

Verkostung : Beautiful gold colour. Floral and honey fragrances. Beautiful minerality and delicate oak notes. Complex, well-balanced and concentrated. An elegant combination of fruit and minerality. Long persistence.

Servierempfehlung : Foie gras, seafood, fish in a creamy sauce, white meat and a variety of regional cheeses, in particular Époisses, Roquefort and Munster.
