Bourgogne Aligoté 2009

Bourgogne Aligoté 2009

Grape Variety : Aligoté

Soil : Mix of silt and chalk

Site : The area of production is located in the "departements" de Saône et Loire et de Côte d'Or.

The Vintage 2009 : After a cold winter and a beautiful spring, the hot summer was interrupted by stormy intervals which fortuitously took place when needed and thus facilitated growth and good maturation of the grapes. Harvest began early September with excellent weather conditions.

Tasting : Pale gold colour. Refreshing aromas of ferns and herbs enhanced by subtle minerality. Crisp, well-balanced and mineral. Very refreshing.

Food pairing : Aperitif, mixed salad, and cooked pork meat "charcuteries".
