Exceptional weather conditions for an exceptional vintage. Full maturation of the grapes and good concentration. Aging in oak cask during 15 months.

Tasting : Deep ruby colour. Intense aromas of ripe red berries of cherries mixed with spicy nuances and enhanced by a hint of vanilla. Generous, dense and well-balanced. Very pure fruit. Subtle oak and well-shaped tannic structure. Delicious finish.

Food pairing : To be enjoyed with white or red meat, grilled or roasted, games and all sorts of cheeses especially all the cheeses produces in Burgundy (Epoisses, Langres, Citeaux, Ami du Chambertin).
