Site : The area of production is located on the hills above the village of Villié-Morgon . Morgon is one of the 10 Beaujolais Crus.
The Vintage 2003 : Exceptional due to a warm summer which incited an early harvest before the end of august. Low yields. Outstanding concentration and fully matured during the harvest.
Tasting : Bright ruby colour. Aromas of red berries (red-currant) and liquorice enhanced by a subtle spiciness. Well-structured and concentrated. Beautiful aromatic combination.
Food pairing : Cooked pork meat "Charcuterie", barbecue and all sorts of mild cheeses.
